  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.

 

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 3–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

 

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier disruptions.

 

 


3. Shipping Locations

 

  • We currently ship to: UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia 
  • If you are outside these regions, please contact us to discuss possible delivery options.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the carrier’s online tracking system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

  • Paws and Claws is not responsible for these charges.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into their country.

 

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages


If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:


  1. Contact us within 48 hours at gmatthhewss@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
    We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


  • Paws and Claws is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
